We needed my husband's truck towed on Saturday afternoon around 5:00 pm due to a sudden hose leak. I called Ingram's Towing in Kings Mountain and we were extremely happy with the service. Mr. Ingram brought his rollback, picked the truck up and delivered it to our house in Shelby. He was very nice and very professional. We were especially grateful for him taking the time to come out on a Saturday afternoon when he could have been home with his family. Thank you so much! You were a definite God send for us! We would definitely use his services again and would highly recommend you calling him with any towing needs for your personal vehicles.

Mr. Ingram was AWESOME! Great service, very reasonable prices, and ETA was good as gold. I own a tow company but had my little brother broken down with a flat tire on the side of the highway 2hrs away. Ingrams Transport provided immediate service, took the stress off of me and the family before we even got of the phone. Steve went above and beyond to help us tonight.
We were traveling and our truck broke down. We wanted to haul home, it was gonna cost close to 800.00. He called a guy he knew that hauled vehicles from His area (Kings Mountain) to our area, Dunn NC. His buddy, Carlos, and myself did a three way conversation trying to help us get our truck home. Carlos agreed to haul our truck with his other vehicles back to where we live for a cheaper rate. Not only did he help with another hauler, but hauled us to his home, let us sit in our truck till our ride arrived. Very thankful for Steve at Ingrams Transport and Recovery and Carlos having a heart to help us an make sure we were safe an got our truck hauled back home to our mechanic.The Lord sent two angels to help. Steve helped me a LOT with a stressful situation on Memorial day weekend. I was in a fairly bad accident and when Walmart refused to help with my tire he towed me to his place and managed to fix it up for me. Had a single car accident on I-85 South near exit 8 while in my way to Texas. My vehicle hydroplaned, skid out of control and impacted the center median barrier. We have used Ingram's Transport twice. Both times it was a wet, cold day. Showed up when they said they would. I know I can rely on Ingram's in the future if needed again.

This guy was easy to deal with and arrived at my location fairly quickly. Pretty standard pricing. Doesn't take card so be sure to have cash in hand, I didn't but he offered to take me down the road to an ATM. Very kind of him - a pleasure to so business with.

I was recently on my way to Tennesse with my four kids when I had a tire blow out. I was out of my insurance's roadside service range. I called probably 10 different shops to see if they could come help me because I couldn't get my spare to drop. No one would help and no one would tow us because there were so many of us. Just as I had resigned to be eaten by vultures on the side of 74, I decided to call a guy that one of the shop ladies suggested. I call Steve and his friendly voice answered saying he'd be more than happy to help and he'd be there in a few. After promptly arriving , he said it'd be easier to tow us to a tire shop. He even helped call around to help price tires. He went above and beyond to help us and I greatly appreciate him. Thank you so much, Steve. You're a great guy!

While traveling on I95 we were hit by a Fedex double truck on July 5, 2017. Ingram's came and loaded our Prius on their truck and took us to the Enterprise office to get a rental. Then they took our car to their storage until the insurance company could pick it up. The driver, Stephen, was so helpful to us in such a stressful situation. He gave us excellent advice and took good care of us. We were so lucky to have Ingram's come and get us. The police called Ingram's to come to the accident.
